This letter was a general information update to residents between August 4th and 8th. It included information on potential updates to the cul-de-sac, the trash contract, and the new website and email announcment list.

This letter went out to update homeowners on the status of the renogotiation of the garbage contract.

Attached are the subdivision bylaws. These bylaws were approved in 1957. They are up for consideration to be updated.
